Pat Stumbaugh’s roots in the community run deep. His family owned and operated the local grain elevator for three generations, and Pat worked side-by-side with area farmers from 1972 to 1995, building lifelong relationships and a firsthand understanding of rural land, agriculture, and the people who depend on it.
In 1999, Pat transitioned into real estate, bringing with him decades of trust, work ethic, and local knowledge. He opened his own real estate company in 2006 and has proudly held a broker’s license ever since. Over the years, Pat has earned multiple Salesperson of the Year awards, a testament to his dedication, professionalism, and results for his clients.
Beyond brokerage, Pat also brings long-term hands-on investment experience, having owned and managed multiple rental properties from 1996 through 2025. This practical background gives him real-world insight into property performance, maintenance, cash flow, and long-term value—knowledge that directly benefits buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
To further serve clients with accuracy and integrity, Pat obtained his State Residential Certified Appraiser license in 2004, giving him a trained eye for value, market trends, and pricing strategy. Travis Stumbaugh
Travis combines real estate expertise with a rare level of banking insight, offering clients a calm, confident guide through every step of the process. With 16 years in banking, including 8 years as a Senior Collateral Department Manager, he was responsible for evaluating and managing all real estate-related collateral for the bank and completed hundreds of property collateral evaluations.
He also spent 7 years as a loan officer working directly with investors, including underwriting loans and helping clients structure deals that worked financially, not just on paper. In addition, Travis managed the bank’s farm lending, giving him an in-depth understanding of rural land, agricultural properties, and the lending process behind them.
